1) Good Knowledge of city rules, ghetto rules, and general rules
2) being a active member of gangs
3) actively participate in gang events
4) Gather knowledge on how to be a good leader of gangs.
5) global event every 2 weeks
6) max member and max hostage situations and store robbery
7) Dominate ghetto
8) Maintain proper RP rule.
9) Get gangs training to form the most popular gang leaders.

1) Sometimes newcomers come to Gans to join because gang joining age is very low but they don't follow proper RP. I ensure that they properly act their RP.
2) Ensure attendance at every event.
3) Try my best in the whole Marabunta Leaders.
