Life Story:
Hell born in a rich family having a great environment around him but have lack of parental care. Both of his parents are working so he can't able . He have full financial support Fully luxurious life but don't have care , parents didn't taught him proper manners. He learnt everything from his maid and school. When he turns 8 he started robbing he robbed so much money from his own home and from his maid's purse. His dad was a gangster of city and mother was CA he saw his dad's activities. And started doing that at the age of 10. And after sometime he realised that these things are wrong so he joined the central police department at the age of 11. After working there he arrested so much criminals and followed law and felt sorry for his maid because he robbed her money.
Career Story:
Hell was in Lspd and he was enjoying there arresting people, saving hostages, etc. he and his colleagues patrol the city even at late night. He learnt how to talk with lawyers when his criminals want attorney. After working in Lspd he joined National Guard and started working on one of the most secure base. Protecting secret weapons there and fought against so many gangs. And now he turned 12 he got bored from everything so he thought to join Government and started working with law and making good relations with public. Due to his criminal background he never forgot those things now his mind turned corrupt and he thinks to work as corrupt agent of government.
