I know I made mistakes that led to me being blacklisted from the admin team because of my unprofessionalism. Looking back, I can see how my actions affected the trust you had in me, and I take full responsibility for that.
Even though my time as an admin was short, it meant a lot to me. I learned so much from the experience, and it made me realize how much responsibility and commitment the role actually requires. I honestly regret not handling things better, and I don’t want my past mistakes to define me.
I’m asking from the heart for one last chance to prove myself. I know actions speak louder than words, so if you give me this opportunity, I’ll do everything I can to show that I’ve learned and grown. I promise I won’t let you down again.
