I was returned from Store Rob event and this guy came and kill me while we are in Ballas HQ.

Also he is not wear purple clothes in HQ (GH 1.2 + GH 1.7)
And he shoot me inside HQ (GH 1.4)
He is Ballas member and shooting in HQ (GH 1.5)

1. You cant prove I fired at the police because I might have been firing into the air.
2. Since the 2nd and 3rd crimes you mentioned occurred at the same location, the person can only be punished once

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 11027 will be punished for GH 1.2 + GH 1.4 + GH 1.5 + GH 1.7

As seen in the POV, the suspect was at that point of time, a gang member of the Ballas,
Being on the HQ of a gang, you are required to do all the requirements of the gang, which is follow the gang rules.
It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ, which the suspect did kill a gang member.
A gang member must wear top and pants of their gang's color, which he was not wearing at the HQ.
When you are standing at your HQ you are not allowed to shoot on your own territory.​
