Arthur Hope joined our family today, only to take everything from the trunk's of multiple vehicles. This was intentionally malicous, fraudulent behavior. He not only stole everything from the trunk of one vehicle, then left the family, but then came back again, to take everything else out of three more vehicles. My assumption, based on the amount that was taken, is he had other people involved, whether to transfer directly to them, or into they're vehicles, as there was much more than what one could carry singlehandedly.
