2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I worked as a leo in LSPD, SAHP and i got good expirence. I want to become the leader of LSPD because i think that i have the expirence to control a org as i was ACP and AS in LSPD and SAHP respectively. I want to make the LSPD as one of the best org in city like peoples will feel safe under my term. When i become the chief of LSPD, everyone will see a change in LSPD as good trained officers and highcommand is also good and no one will be toxic. I know how to tackle a heavy situation.
2. One of the biggest challenges I have seen is inactivity or people treating LSPD as just another org. I want LSPD officers to be recognized the moment they go on duty: disciplined, professional, and respected. I will make sure everyone is following the rules. My units will be friendly. If we are doing own operations as GP i will make sure to take help from other orgs as to make good relations. I will also make a good relation with EMS and LI as in hostage situation calling EMS for help for Hostage and LI for coverage of Ghetto Petrol and for other.
3. I got good expirence as i spent too much time in city and now I saw some lspd officers who are giving wrong fines to people as they arrested me and put wrong fines. I want to change this in my term. I will hire a good HR team who will manage this with fair and no inactivity in my term. I also make sure that while attending events and patrolling they will follow the rules. I will assign duty to every officer and by doing this no more standing around doing nothing at HQ.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will give bonuses to those units who are working hard above their level. The most active and hardworking officers will get and bonus for their efforts as officer of the week.
I will also do pormotion ceremony on Sunday.
I will also make a training program on every two weeks for those units who wants training even if they are highcommand.
I will add good HR for Trainee. I will never compromise on the training of any unit.
I will add a good PR team who will present at every time (Day or Night) for the citizens.
Regular patrolling of City will be held so the citizens get more motivation to join and it also increases my units spirit.
I will make sure that any kind of rulebreaking, favoritism, or misuse of power is handled strictly so the credibility of the LSPD is never compromised.
I will make sure no toxicity in my term.
Last Line : If I get the chance to be LSPD Leader, my focus will stay simple and clear: discipline, fairness, and good roleplay. I’ll bring professionalism in daily work, treat everyone fairly, and keep officers motivated.
