Life Story :
Erwin Ryu was raised in Vinewood, where the flashing lights of wealth and fame barely masked the corruption and crime. His father, an immigrant from Japan, struggled to keep his family afloat by founding a small auto repair shop located in Strawberry. Eventually though, debts caught up to him and deals with shady smugglers caught up with him too. When Erwin was sixteen, his father was killed while running from the police in a high-speed chase that ran through Vinewood and ended at the track—only to uncover the dirty side of law enforcement where police officers were more than willing to look the other way for cash during a scandalous people chase. That night changed Erwin's life. He no longer believed in any justice, or any law, only power and how far someone could bend it to keep them afloat.
Where other juveniles turned into wannabe gangsters and petty-car thieves, Erwin had completely focused on technology. He started out playing with race car electronics and bugging cheap police scanners to listen to police chatter. Eventually, he learned ways to hack surveillance systems, erase security footage, and deep dive into protected files. By the time he graduated college, he had become a semi-well known quiet hacker--someone who understood how to manipulate information and technology to their advantage.
Career Story
At the age of twenty things were going okay for Erwin. He had joined the National Guard, and while he wore the mask of a disciplined and patriotic young soldier (which he mostly was) his superiors viewed him as sharp, dependable and a quick study. But it was a mask nonetheless; underlying his appearance of loyalty was a financial opportunity that was opening doors to places most soldiers didn't know existed.
Erwin's National access was allowing him to get away with a litany of information breaches (to include breaking into restricted forms of communications), tampering with and spinning surveillance videos, as well as altering sensitive transmissions. What had started with little tricks, such as corrupting bodycam footage or ecrg to exonerate himself and his friends turned into something metastasizing.
Erwin had become a hidden asset to the criminal world. He sold patrol reports and raid plans to gangs for cash, channeled police intelligence to traffickers, and changed reports and databases to erase - or plant evidence. He obfuscated gangs' physical restraint of the police by covering up crates of weapons and vans of stopped items to the point where he was effectively rewriting police reports and deleting reports before they go into KCPD history; it was all running without records, and whatever policies national, local police, or police in general meant nothing to a free market in stolen and easily imported military weapons from a black market from overseas - meanwhile Erwin's comfortable, domestic lifestyle of routine and simplicity was thriving thanks to the surplus of that same violence we see in entertainment and on the news daily.
It was all dangerous, but each administrative deletion or leak made him feel more and more powerful under the system of a government criminally undertaking the violation of everyone's freedoms.
Now, at just twenty-two years old, Erwin Ryu has turned himself into something beyond an ordinary soldier, something much more dangerous. He is the one who can erase a crime as if it never existed, who can silence a bodycam, and who knows police operations that are planned for tomorrow, before they even take place. To the world, he is still just a loyal Guard officer, but to the criminal world, he thrives as an information broker, a soldier who learned long ago that corruption was not survival, it was power.
Outcomes :
1. Erwin can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not NG items, with additionals the suspect should follow fear rp)
2. Erwin can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3. Erwin can break body cam's and smash them up using /try commands. (Won't break Gen rule 6.1)
4. Erwin use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
5. Erwin can leave the NG base alone while being on duty. (cannot go inside the ghetto).
6.Erwin can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and any other orgs Leo’s to save himself while doing corruption.(with an RP situation)
7.Erwin can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
8. Erwin can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe arrested.(100k max)
9. Erwin can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested (in proper Roleplay reasons),
