Hello, after viewing the evidence against me, I have a few issues I would like to bring to your attention. First this clip is only 17 secs long with no context, the accuser cut their POV which would have shown the events leading up to the altercation. The clip doesn't show them ramming my helicopter first. I sat on the hillside and watch them ram my chopper out of the way so that they could gather in the spot they're in during the clip. I don't have video evidence to support my claims but logically speaking how is my chopper flipped and smoking in an area with no road access? There are several cars you can see at the end of clip that clearly must have been UB driving in order to reach that area. I didn't intentionally steer into the crowd once I was able to get the chopper to sit upright again. It's unfortunate that it happened but it was not on purpose. I didn't land to apologize because I felt they were already overly aggressive and would try to kill me. I don't mind a shorter ban for my actions but a 7 day ban seems kind of harsh.
