Hello Sir, I Posted This Forum Because I Got Unfair Punishment When You Gonna Check This Guy POV ID263092 At Time 0:31 This Was Breaking The Rules Inside The City He Was Speeding More Than 60KM/H And Also At Time 0:47 I Didn't Mean To Ram Him And Kill Him My Ping Was Very High All Of The Time And Also I Didn't Kill Him And Its Not My Issue That's His Issue He Didn't Put The Seat Belt And A Helmet For More Safety And Also You Can See He Didn't Die From He Died Because He Didn't Put The Seat Belt And Then Fall Down And He Died And Then When Zaid Reviewed The Forum He Toked My Guns And I Didn't Even Shot At Him It Was All Of This From My Ping And Also Because He Didn't Use The Seat Belt And Helmet (edited)

If you cannot control your vehicle dont drive. Being faster than 60 km/h inside the city is not an ooc rulebreak but you may be able to report him to lspd for a speed-ticket
