2. WHY DO U WANT TO BECOME THE LEADER OF SPECIFIC Organization? [EXPLAIN WITH 3 REASONS]-
First reason i want to become leader of Marabunta Grande is my experience in gangs.I passed many terms in gang and gain pretty much experience there.After gaining this much experience i think i can lead a gang as a leader.
2. I have never been a leader before. I am confident. I have been in gangs many times. I have participated in events. I have kept gang members in order. I can do this as a leader as well. I plan to have a good time with experienced deputies.
3. I want to provide high participation and take the gang to very different places. I want to be very active and gain superiority over other gangs and Leos. I will achieve this with my experienced deputies and gang members. Also ill make my high commands wisely who have experience will get High Command Position.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will give extra bonuses to all my gang members who participate in the events and make them happy.
2. I will accept all people who are over the age of 10 and want to gain gang experience.
3. I will always maintain discipline, this will please people and they will want to come to our gang.
4. First of all, I will give the search rank only to those who deserve it so that they cannot do anything against the rules. There will be no recruitment without an interview.
5. I will take deputies who will not make my absence felt. I will have experienced people who know how to act, and this will keep the morale of my gang members high.
