I am Lucas. Around 3-4 months ago I was blacklisted from an admin/leader position due to a lack of trust At that moment, I was broken but since then I have been improving myself day by day

My main goal was to become a leader and admin in EN3 which I partially achieved as I attended 2-3 interviews Sir I am asking for one last chance to prove myself and regain respect I am ready to do anything to earn it
When Adham sir mentioned that a chance might be given after some time

those words were very important to me

After that, I started improving myself and gaining knowledge of all the rules and the organization Now I feel fully prepared to lead an organization and become an admin in the future. Just one last chance could change my career
