Alistin Joe was born in India; he always liked to travel to different countries, but this time the reason was something else. He relocated to Los Santos in the year 2021, but this is not it; there is a story behind him flying over to California. Before that, he was serving as an ex-military special task officer, and he was shifted to cover one undercover mission in Los Santos. He completed the higher qualification in the year of 2005 and passed high school in 2010. Post that, he applied for military service and served his own country for over 10 years. His mom is working as a doctor, and his father as a civil engineer. He is coming from a strong family background, but his parents always wanted him to take charge of his own decisions.
Due to a single error, one of the civilians lost his life. He was in the military after being posted to Las Santos, where he drifted between border communities. The error involved taking over a hijacked flight without the senior crew's consent. He did save the hostages and received a medal for being a rescue officer, but he had to accept responsibility for his actions and quit the soldier's field because of the deaths that occurred. Unfortunately, he began by working as a security guard or muscle. By chance, he became involved in bounty hunting after pursuing a man who owed money to a local crew. It took him three days to find him. The word got out.
Ten years later, Alistin makes a profession by tracking people. Police are unable to locate these people who disappear into towns, woodlands, or areas of conflict. He doesn't inquire as to their identity or the reason for their desire. He simply completes the task.
He is not a hero. He avoids attention, works alone, and maintains his distance. No friends, no internet presence. He typically packs a duffel bag with everything he needs for the work, a pistol, and a knife. He works silently, completes the task quickly, and then vanishes as fast.
