Hello [Admin Name],

I am experiencing a connection issue with the server. Every time I try to log in, it says "Disconnected from the Internet," even though my internet is working fine.
This started happening recently, and I have not been banned or punished. I have tried reinstalling the game and checking my network, but the problem persists.

Could you please help me understand the reason for this issue or guide me on how to fix it? I really want to join the server today.
