Rejected killing without any giving 5 sec timing and without green zone/fail rp

killed me while i was helping a new player who is new in the server and just drove and killed me
if we old player wont teach the new playerwho will and due to that al player who broke rules new players run

thanks to that guy for him the new guy wont purchase now and he wont come he told me
