I was there for hunting wanted criminals (I did RP commands to connect my PDA to FIB criminal tracking servers). But when I checked PDA I could see that his star is gone (I did not use that info IC to not break the rule Metagaming). I saw illegal vest on him and I asked for his passport and I detained him for investigation and I handcuffed him for the search. And his friend just point his gun at me and told me to leave at green zone.

i did not know that u can get reported for protecting ur friend from getting arrested
