I was out patrolling the HWY as I am a member of SAHP when I came across 91235 driving crazy on hwy I attempted to pull him over 2x times and he would not do so I then engine blocked him and he got out and started shooting at me in fear for my life I attempted to retreat from the situation he then car rammed me in the tunnel flipping my car over and killing me
to my understanding this is a violation of
