Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
2.1. I believe that I can make Marabunta the most active and powerful gang if I get the chance to prove myself and take full responsibility of the organization and take my organization to victory.
2.2. I have been high command in legal and illegal organizations and I have realized being high command isn't the same as leader. I know the mentality and what you need to become successful I know how to run events efficiently and effectively. If I become leader I believe and I know that I will be successful and take my org to victory.
2.3. My aim is to maintain maximum activity during every event and in the ghetto. I want to organize as much events as I can for the day my goal will be to do max hostages, stores and etc. We will also consistently do graffiti and other crime events. The money earned will go towards bonuses to members who attend events.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. I will make sure that all the members knows basic rp rules and that they do proper rp at events like store hostages and etc.
3.2. I will bring more passive rp for new members that join the gang. We will help them get started in city teach them what to do and how to do it.
3.3. No favoritism regardless of friendships or reputation all members will be required to take interview and pass the interviews. Ranks will be given based on performance in events, activity and etc.
3.4. We will check on our graffiti areas. Any time its cleaned we will spray again and again to show or presence.
3.5. We will host multiple events for our members to enjoy the rp and have more fun. We will ask for their opinion and if they fell like it is boring or something else we will ask and take their opinion and change our mindset to make sure that they enjoy the RP more.
3.6. We will be giving other people a chance in doing negotiations,robberies and more . We will not let the same people lead over and over again as we want to give our members a chance to try it as well so they can improve themselves.
