Leader of - Emergency Medical Service ( EMS)

1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

a.
To Make EMS Reliable and Always Available:
Right now, EMS is not always there when people need help. This is a big problem. My main goal is to fix this. I will hire more people from different time zones, create a better schedule, and make sure someone is always at the hospital. I promise that no call for help will ever be ignored.

b. To Improve Roleplay and Training:
As a former Human Resource of Medicine, I know our training and roleplay can be much better. I will create a strong training program to teach new members properly. I will lead by example to make sure all EMS members are professional and provide high-quality care to citizens.

c. To Be a Fair and Experienced Leader:
I have worked my way up from a Trainee to a high command in EMS. I know how this organization works. I promise there will be no favoritism. Promotions will be given only to people who are active, work hard, and deserve it. I also have leadership experience as the Head of Department in the LSPD, which taught me how to manage a large team.

2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

My plan is simple but effective:

a. Always Be Avlaible: I will hire more and more people and try to manage day as well as night both shift.
b. Better Training: I will make a dedicated training team to teach everyone how to work EMS and its functions.
c. Bonus System: I will create a fair system to reward active players. This includes:
d. Shift: Extra bonus pay for people who work the night shift.
e. Events: Weekly Special Events For Our Employee
f. Task: I give weekly tasks with reward so by which everyone stay focused .
g. Pramotion Ceremonies: Weekly promotion ceremonies to celebrate people who do a good job becouse they deserve.
h. Good Communication: I treat my employes as my friend so we make better communications .
i. Focus on Calls: I will have a special team that focuses only on answering emergency calls ASAP.
