2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.Over time, I’ve gained valuable leadership experience by managing a gang in EN3. Back then, our team managed to stay on top with activity, turf control, and discipline. That experience showed me how to organize people and keep them motivated. Now I want to use that knowledge to take Families to the same level of strength and influence.
2.Families isn’t just another gang in the city — it’s a name that already carries weight and respect. I believe a gang like this should always be led by someone who is fully dedicated, active, and capable of making quick but smart decisions. I want to step up and take on that role to make sure Families lives up to its reputation.
3.For me, being a leader is not only about winning battles or controlling turfs. It’s about creating an environment where members feel like they belong to something bigger. I want Families to be both feared and respected, but also a place where members enjoy the RP and the teamwork that comes with it.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1.Keep the gang active in every area of the city — ghetto, robberies, and events. A strong presence will automatically raise the level of RP.
2.Appoint the right deputies and high commands so that even when I’m not online, there’s structure, leadership, and no rule-breaking.
3.Make hostage situations a regular part of RP. They create intensity and variety, something that’s been missing recently.
4.Focus on gang income — sprays and robberies should always be at maximum efficiency, not just for money but for RP opportunities too.
5.Make sure events are never skipped. Gun stores, FZs, and every other event are opportunities to show strength and provide better RP.
6.After every robbery or shootout, roleplay the details realistically: searches, bodycams, and consequences should all be handled properly.
