2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I want to Leader Of Ballas because i've been playing for long time i have been in gang and leo side .I think I will be a good leader and bring the ballas to a good place and be succesful and take the dominance of ghetto.
- Myself as well as i selected deputy and highcommand group of people all are experienced and trying to create a good rp for everyone.Legal organisations and gangs may have some conflict but it will be solved in my term we never show rudeness or any kind of unacceptable behavior will be caused demotion or kick. There are many untapped opportunities to enhance roleplay on the server with an organization. First and foremost, Ammunation and shop robberies are a great way to promote roleplay.
- We are always open to ideas for events and will take into account the feedback from the players and gang members.My recommendation for enhancing roleplay is to stay as IC as possible. Only call on the admins if someone is plainly breaking the rules. You should try to solve the problem yourself before calling on a admin.Conversations and secret meetings between leaders of gangs, legal organizations or even family leaders including high-command executives to create better RP scenarios instead of killing on sight everyone in ghetto.
- I will also focus on building a strong reputation for the gang by creating discipline inside the organization. Members will have to follow clear rules on radio usage, behavior during events, and interactions with other gangs.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Store robberies,hostage situation will be made from different places from my term.
- Do night event to keep the gang active and give bonuses to people who always being active
-I will invite people who does know every rules for prevent to break any rules
-Im going to split half of the money every event we win
-My deputies will be online if i be out of city
My Goals
I want to make this gang not only the most powerful one in terms of numbers and turfs, but also the most respected in terms of roleplay quality. Every action, from a robbery to a turf war, will be executed with proper RP and structure. Members will be motivated, organized, and active and the gang will stand out as both feared and respected on the server.
