2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) Expertise in gang commanding : I have been playing in this server more than one year in this whole time I serve the position of a deputy in verious leaders in families.
2) Proper knowledge of gangs : being part of a gang i achieve best deputy title back in days.
3) Quality of leader : I see maximum time of leaders are recruiting non experience person into gangs the result for it is rule break in the RP situations and disobey the orders of a leader and deputys.
4) Proper training of RP situations : Giving traning to newcomers of RP situations like hostess situation, gang raid, store robbery, gun Store robbery and also how to take hostage.
5) No favouritism : There are no favouriteism in the gang member I will be personally took interview of high commands with my deputys.
6) Dominating ghetto : for dominating I personally hire 2 night deputys who can dominate ghetto.
