Ice was born in America. He was a Baby whose was born in a wealthy family his dad was millionaire owning a couple of companies in the Real estate market and his mom was one of the most known models in the world, Ice always had everything he wishes for until 9/11 attacks. In begging of September his mom died. He did not even have enough time to recover to what happened to his mom and 9/11 attacked happened his dad lost all of his money and his companies and died with a heart attack when he knows about what happened. Ice is now alone after losing his mom, dad and all of his family net worth, Ice decides to move to Los Santos city to start his own business from the scratch. Unlucky he failed starting his own business but he made allot of connections during his journey. one of this many connections was a drug deadlier he offered Ice to work with him but Ice refused, After Ice failed starting his own business he had no choice only to work with him, Ice contact him and sadly Ice thoughts was right about him and Ice got busted by FIB on the first deal with him.
Career Story:
After spending two long years locked inside jail, Ice managed to build powerful connections with both hardened prisoners and a few corrupt agents. These connections would later help him completely change his identity and start a new life once his sentence was over. Deep inside, however, Ice’s mind burned with revenge against the ruthless drug dealer who had ruined years of his life. Ice decided to join the FIB, using the job as cover to secretly investigate his target. Within a month, Ice tracked down the dealer’s location, ending up busting him taking back his revenge, Ice still had connections in criminal side since he was in jail and decided to turn to the corrupt way.

1. Ice can take bribes for anything that needs to be done for example removing the stars from a wanted criminal, smuggling a prisoner from the DOC, reducing the sentence, or increasing the sentence.
