Hello administrators, I hope you are having a good day. Today I participated in a panel raid and fired without asking for permission 5 minutes before the end, so a forum was opened for me. When I asked the administrators, they said I didn't need to ask for permission 5 minutes before the end of the panel, so I fired without asking for permission. I have shared what the administrators told me in the attachment below.
I even mentioned this in the forum that was opened for me, but I guess the admin didn't take it into consideration.

In fact, in the video, another admin tells me the same thing, and no penalty is imposed.

Theres no POV that i can review. Closely before the full hour, defenders can without demands attack people near the solar panels if a clear intend of attack is visible. If its not directly before the full hour or no clear attack is visible, defender should give demands to leave the property. Attackers all time have to give demand when outside of the ghetto.
