-since im in the city i was being in gang for more than 1 year and x6 times deputy of gangs and leading the whole gang due abcense of leader this is a first time i go for leader and i wanna have succesfull gang for this time since its my first time and im sure i can do it and do my best to bring more ideas to sever and have a most active and crowded gang
-When I was in events such as store robberies, FZ raids, and clands, many people were arguing with each other about various things, and it ruined communication and togetherness. So, when I become a leader, I can make them listen to me and improve communication and togetherness Therefore, I truly want to become a leader of this specific organization
- Many of my friends have been leader or tried to become one, and i literally believe that i can become a leader like them all and i always wanted to be on highest rank but never got there, if i become a leader, it will be great for my goals and will make me happy as well
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As I have observed in previous terms, leader or deputies dont usually interact with the new members or people who are on low ranks. I will destroy this completely so people can have immense possible fun and enjoy their time in the organization. We will focus on events so that we dont compromise on the activity. I will make sure everyone is friendly to each other and not toxic.
