2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be leader of Ballas because i have been playing in this project for like 2+ years and i got chances to play in both sides (gang and leo) and i play as high command many times, this is my first time applying a leadership, i think i will be a good leader and take Ballas to the top.
- I will select experienced deputies and high commands who can lead IC and OOC events and who have advanced communication skills to lead store robberies, FZs etc. because as i see it people just doing store robs 'cuz they think it's a mandatory for not get any warning. I want my gang and leo side have fun and do real RP in events.
- I can handle with tough situations and challenging decisions in gang and take risks if it's necessary. Because i've enough experiences to do that since I'm deputy in my family for years. And will bring deputies and high commands who is qualified for that positions. We will handle everything together.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- More IC events with other gangs. (Like unite with other gangs against LEO side)
- Being active in ghetto, highway, and doing more store robs and hostage situations more than other gangs. (I want LEO side have fun and attend events which they can do RP and fight.)
- Giving good amount of bonuses which will motivate gang members for events.
- Will raid other gangs daily 'cuz i think this will be increase competition between gangs.
- My warehouse will be always full 'cuz i don't want my members to spend their money to weapons. They can go spend their money at beach, clubs, parties etc. instead.
- I never saw a gang who gives gang clothes in my experiences in Grand RP , i want to achieve that and give clothes which matches with gang colors to my Ballas.
My Goals
- %100 Turf without any trouble.
- 2nd Term.
- Maximized graffiti profits.
- To win every single event(BattleShip, Clandestine, Submarine etc.).
- To dominate all ghetto (main and beach side) and show everyone who is the ruler of ghetto.
- When my term is over every single Balla will be qualified to be high command in any organisation.
