2.1 : I has been part of all organization from legal to illegal Organization.
I was LSPD DCP , I was ballas deputy , marabunta deputy. And now I'm undersheriff or SAHP
I was 28 of all The legal organization and 14 in all illegal organization
I have all org experience that make me better to help me to lead a org I given 2 times leader in En 2 and all my experience is from EN 2
Now I came back to En 3 to do Roleplay in en 3 I was being selected for ballas interview and I applied for bloods it was rejected due to low level in En 3 but now I'm grinding daily, and now I'm ready to take a responsibility to lead families
2.2 i really love the Roleplay of illegal Organization, how we take hostage , store robbery, fort zancudo robbery and many more but In my term ill try to make the Roleplay of events more realistic and comfortable for everything. I'll make everyone understand the rules of the Roleplay so I can make them more knowledgeable more good bandits , I'll set example for everyone that's my goal
2.3 after this everything I did in EN 2 and EN3 that' can help me to run the gang more properly without/less verbal or warns
I will always try to give my 100 to the Roleplay and will help everyone to learn more about the Roleplay I'll make them more than a knowledgeable citizen I'll try to do everything try to increase the Roleplaying level to the next level

1. I’ll stop favoritism and treat everyone equally.
2. I’ll make roleplay more realistic with emotion and style.
3. I’ll build trust so members can share ideas freely.
4. I’ll give chances to learn from mistakes instead of punishing them right away.
5. I’ll support and encourage members in hard times.
6. I’ll push everyone to listen carefully and respond with respect.
7. Keep our turf safe and never lose it.
8. Make sure Ballas stay active every day.
9. Work smart as a team to secure graffiti profits.
10. Build a reputation that makes others think twice before crossing us.
11. Train deputies and future leaders for tomorrow.
12. Keep everyone close like family through good and bad.
13. Win every fight by staying disciplined and united.
