On the 9th of September, I was banned by Jonny for investigation. I provided him with all the information I could, from the beginning up until now. Some details I couldn’t recall, such as the very first family I joined, because it has been around 4 years, and no one would realistically remember such thing.
During the investigation, I explained everything and answered nearly all of Jonny’s questions. However, he said something felt “really off” and left the call. 4 days later, I asked him how long I was supposed to wait, and he told me "up to 60 days", then later again i messaged him, he said “Your story doesn’t make sense.”
For information, I have been playing Grand RP since 2022. I used to use Mullvad VPN because i had connection issues and other reasons, I took some breaks in between but came back at the start of 2025 (January–February). Before that, my actual brother (ID: 345429) used to play Grand RP with his own Social Club account, and a real-life friend of mine (ID: 308936), who Jonny assumes is me, also used to play from my PC just to do his battle pass tasks and other small things. Each one of us had our own Social Club account we never shared it between eachothers
My brother stopped playing a while ago, and my IRL friend (308936) became inactive as well. Before he quit, he had money in-game, and since he wasn’t playing, he transferred it to a friend of mine in Grand RP. Afterward, I logged in with my own Social Club account and received it from that friend. We never broke any rules. He transferred 4M daily until he completely stopped playing. At the time, he barely was active.
Regarding Discord, my old Discord account was hacked and later i managed to recover it and instead of making a new one, I used my friend’s (308936) Discord account to be able to join org discords which he gave me and i had so many chats between friends so i stayed and sticked with it til today. I even have proof of my old Discord account (link). If you check the join logs of this Discord account, you will see it previously had my name “levanbale” before it gets hacked and I had already contacted Jonny from it before. In fact, I was once banned for investigation using that same Discord account but I was later unbanned.
Later, when I asked Jonny again how long I had to wait, he sent me this (link) and assumed I am Lukas Blake (308936) The only reason for this confusion is because I started using my friend’s Discord account after my own was hacked. and no where in rules says that i cant use a discord account of a friend of mine as its not IC, again, we never shared social club accounts, each one of us had his own account, I have been playing on my account since the day I created it.
As for why the investigation started, it was mainly because I couldn’t recall the exact day or month I created my account, which made it suspicous. But the very next day, I joined a call with Jonny to investigate and provided him with detailed information, including my first IC names, Social Club names and other some information he asked for. Some things I couldn’t recall, but that’s obviously normal, no one can perfectly remember the very first family they joined years ago or such things. But yet i could remember such information like my first IC name, my first social club name i had, I had also given some of the family names i had joined back then.
But then he banned me including my brother and my friend with a reason "GR 1.6 Bought account" and then blocked me from discord.
In conclusion, from my side I don’t see any rule breaks. No rule states that I am not allowed to use a friend’s Discord account, nor that my friend or even my brother cannot play from their own PC. In fact, we asked Jonny about this before, and he confirmed by saying, “It’s not a problem, but it’s better to play on your own PC.” That was his response regarding this. I believe this is simply a misunderstanding, as the situation might seem complicated and i understand but i had given any information i was asked for.
