Hello,

I was unfortunately unaware that gifting a Battle Pass in this game is considered a rule violation. In some other games I’ve played, gifting a Battle Pass is not treated as an offense, so I didn’t think it would cause any issues here either.

After gifting the Battle Pass, I didn’t log into the game again. I only found out that I had been banned 4-5 days later, when my friends informed me. If I had known this was against the rules, I would have never done it.

I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on this game. It really upset me to see all that dedication punished over something I didn’t know was wrong. I’ve truly learned a lesson from this experience and I promise that I will never make this kind of mistake again.

Could you please help me lift the ban? I would be very grateful for your support.

I was banned on 04/09/2025 for breaking rule GR 1.8. I didn't realize at the time that any sort of interaction or transfer between a main and twink account could result in a permanent ban.
I'm fully responsible for what occurred. I know the rule now and really regret what I did. I've learned from the experience and will ensure it never happens again.I respectfully request a second and last chance. You might be able to reset both of my accounts, or even just unban one of them, if that's feasible. I'm happy to begin again and adhere to all server rules accordingly.
