As you can see in the POV we were robbing on Highway then we take a hostage. I also said leos 10 times we have hostage but they started shooting all of us directly as they were known we are having hostage.

I need to see the situation prior to this POV, as I can see you let a hostage go, I see someone else in your car, but with this proof I cannot judge if the LEO's should have known this too. Provide POV of the entire situation and submit a new complaint.
