The person is doing a fail RP. This is a fail RP because the person is holding a gun with one hand and holding the hostage with the other. Someone else had to open the door.

But Kevin decided that this was not a fail RP.

I think it would be better if the senior managers looked into it and I think it is necessary to give the gang a warning.
