2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I was usually playing Grand RP on the LEO side, and the first organization i joined was SAHP. Thats where i actually started to understand how things work and how much i enjoy leading and building something stable inside the server. I truly want to become the leader of SAHP for the second time, because last time i had to disband my term not because of lack of effort or motivation but only due to technical issues with my PC that stopped me from playing. It wasn’t finished, so i want to start again and finish it properly.
2.2 My High Command team will be able to attend all events and make sure all troopers come too because when we go to events, it will help activity and also meet weekly requirements. I will also have special teams like a tow team, SWAT team, IA team, and HR team. These teams will help increase activity as much as possible and make everything run smoother.
2.3 If i become the Leader of SAHP, i will make sure that we help the community and do everything the right way. Everything will be fair, and my term will be respected for sure. I will bring in many people who know how to do things properly, and they will help make everything run smoothly. With their support, i am confident that my term will be one of the best ever and we will set a good example for the whole organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make the RP in this organization way better with my IA and HR teams. HR will not just accept people fast, the process will take longer so we can be sure the people we bring in actually speak English and got some learning skills. IA will watch the officers, making sure they do their job right and follow the laws. If someone cant even speak english or doesnt know the laws, the RP turns bad. But when they actually follow the rules, everything goes smooth. Also, I hate favoritism. I never got free ranks, I worked for every single one. It looks unfair when someone gets a rank without earning it. If I see that, I would demote the guy straight away and blacklist the one who gave it.
