yo this stupid guys keep trying to kill me and hit me with there cars u can see everything in the pov also this id 484705 keep trying to block me so i can hit his car even thought i keep going different side he is still try to make me hit him so he can say it car ramming and also id 358583 is cop he put me in cuffs for no reason and he is not on duty so idk how he can put me in cuffs

This happened unintentionally. Normally, pressing the [Z] key zooms in on the map. However, because I was [FIB], when I pressed that key, I accidentally handcuffed that person. As soon as I realized, I removed the handcuffs from that person's hands. This was my mistake; I did it unintentionally. I sincerely apologize.

I could have taken it, but when I realized it, I changed my mind and apologized, helping them until they left.
