Firstly, I believe that my experience in crime allows me to fit a position of a leader, I have exceptional leadership skills, I have goals to achieve within this organisation. I have always liked gangs and especially Ballas.
My experience in crime side allows me to have a knowledge of all situations that might or might not happen during my leadership and how to solve each one of them correctly without any rule breaks happening.
I have visions to make the ranking system as short as 10 ranks and allowing everyone a chance to prove themselves for high positions and not only by favouritism.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I would not allow any kinds of rulebreaks in the org aswell as making sure that everyone understands how the server works to not get in trouble afterwards.
I would prioritize curators approval before implementing any kind of new ideas in the gang to avoid troubles
