Description of the Situation:
The reported player (ID 167886) committed severe rule violations inside Ballas HQ.
This player has already been punished 2 times for violating GZ 1.1. Since he keeps repeating the same rule violation, it shows that he has not learned from his previous punishments. I kindly request a heavier punishment this time, as simple warnings or short Demorgan times are clearly not enough.
to prevent him from continuing to ruin other players’ RP experience

I demand the strictest punishment for this player. Such actions destroy the integrity of the server and the effort of players who try to roleplay properly. Allowing this behavior would only encourage more chaos and toxicity.

- First, he used his vehicle to intentionally run me over (VDM) in a Green/Restricted Zone, with no roleplay reason or interaction whatsoever.
- Immediately after, he opened fire on me without any valid RP scenario or initiation (RDM), which is a direct violation of the server rules.
