Additional information:
1. Leader of EMS (Emergency Medical Service)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1.
EMS was the very first organization I joined when I entered the city, and since then I have completed 3 full terms in EMS. During this time, I earned the trust of my leaders and was promoted to High Command for 2 terms under Sunny Ahirr’s leadership and 1 term under Frost Ashford. These experiences gave me a complete understanding of EMS operations, from training new recruits to handling High Command responsibilities. I know how important EMS is in roleplay — being the only organization that must remain active 24/7 while representing professionalism, patience, and service.

2.2. I am confident in my ability to lead with a friendly yet disciplined approach. My focus will be on building teamwork, avoiding conflicts, and creating a positive environment for all members. Alongside this, I will organize creative events to keep members active, motivated, and excited to work in EMS every day.

2.3. With my FTO background, I have trained and guided many recruits to become confident and skilled EMS members. Since EMS is usually the first step for many new citizens, I want to ensure they get the best possible start to their RP journey. By teaching and motivating them, I will strengthen both EMS and the city as a whole.

3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.

3.1. Medlabs:
Appoint dedicated staff for Medlabs and offer higher bonuses to maintain a steady supply of medical kits and resources.

3.2. Recruitment & Activity: Recruit members from different time zones to cover both peak and off-peak hours. This will prevent empty lobbies and ensure fast response to medical calls at all times.

3.3. Events & Visibility: Increase EMS participation in global events and organize fun internal events to boost morale, improve roleplay, and showcase members’ skills.
