I have played en3 for more than 3 weeks and i am in love with this server. I know how to do roleplay properly and have seen many drawbacks in the rp that people do. I want to help the server by increasing the roleplay. If i will be a leader i will make sure that people learn from the roleplay scenarios we do and also help each other to build friendly relationship.
I am aiming for the 100 percent turf and also to complete the term with 100 percent activity and making the city active , I have many people who are ready to help me in this term and also they will be responsible to manage the term if i am not active for some time. Deputies are the vital organ of the organisation and i chose the most active + experienced deputies who are good in Roleplay and know how to handle situations quickly and effectively.
I am confident that my term will be a turning point for this server where i will set a peak point that people can not reach at any moment in the activity / turf and many other stuff. I will teach all the new players how to do RP and help them to learn the rules so the chances of the rule breaks will be none . This is not only me confidence but also the experience i gathered in the server. Mark my words that this term will be a turning point.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
No toxicity in the gang
I will make sure no one shows their power in the gang I.e High command
I will give high commands to the trusted and hardworking people who will take care of gang without me
I will do store robbery,gun store robbery and all events like clands, subs etc
I will do more RP by myself in stores etc to improve RP
