2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
a. I have good experience working in EMS and I know how the department functions. I believe with this knowledge I can take responsibility as a leader and guide the team in the right direction.
b.. I enjoy managing people, training new members, and keeping the department disciplined but also friendly. I feel I can motivate the team and make sure everyone knows their role.
c. I want to improve EMS activity on the server by running proper trainings, hosting roleplay events, and making sure all calls are responded to quickly and professionally.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
a. I will make sure EMS members use proper medical terms and realistic roleplay during treatments.
b. I will introduce roleplay scenarios like ambulance inspections, hospital rounds, and patient checkups to add variety.
c. I plan to assign mentors for new recruits so they can learn EMS roleplay faster and with confidence.
d. I will encourage teamwork between EMS, LSPD, and other orgs during joint RP situations like accidents and events.
e. I will focus on rewarding active members and appreciating good RP, so people stay motivated to improve.
