I was at a parking when i saw these LSPD officers and there 10-15 refueling, i dont know why my voice is not in the audio but i simply said "open the window for him" then he comes up to me with a taser so i go back and asked him what he wanted. he said "what is your problem" as u can hear in the video.. he then shoots me and runs away.
