Hello respected Administration,
First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for my actions. I was previously banned for using a VPN, and after I submitted a form, my account was kindly unbanned by the admin team with the request not to use VPN again. Unfortunately, without a VPN I cannot access the game at all. Every time I try without it, I face problems like connection lost and several Rockstar errors. I even deleted and reinstalled both the game and the launcher, but the issue remains the same.
When I turn on the VPN, all of these problems disappear and the game works normally. Sometimes I even face difficulties connecting to Discord without a VPN. From this, I understood that the problem comes from my internet provider here in Algeria, and that I must use VPN in order to play.
I fully understand my previous mistake and regret not respecting the rules and the trust you gave me when you unbanned me the first time. I have great respect for the administrators and for this project, and I promise to always follow the rules.
That is why I kindly ask you to please understand my situation and allow me to use VPN officially, by putting a green line under my account so I can enjoy the server without issues.
