Dear Team

I was banned for anti-cheat about 2 days ago because I fell through the map. I don't know why or what I was banned for. I'm still pretty new and I would like to be released if I did something wrong, I'm sorry but I got a ban. I would be very happy if I would release myself, I'm completely new and would like to play again. I've only just noticed that I have to do something like that, I'm sorry but please release me
