As you can see in the above pov that someone has insulted me and my relatives in ic text message whose phone number is 1337037 !!

In first he broke this rule and second Gr.3.2 which is Any relatives should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
