Event Name: Convoy of Shadows

Event Concept:
A high-security military truck carrying sensitive bomb-making equipment must be escorted from the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) headquarters to the National Guard’s (NG) heavily fortified underground bunker. The shipment is critical for national defense, and its safe delivery is paramount to ensuring the government’s preparedness against looming threats.
However, word has spread among rival gang factions about the truck’s cargo. Seeing an opportunity to strengthen their arsenal and cripple government forces, they plan to ambush the convoy — blocking roads, setting traps, and attempting to hijack or destroy the vehicle at any cost.
Main Storyline
- LEOs (LSPD, SAHP, FIB, Government):
You are tasked with protecting the convoy at all costs and ensuring it reaches NG’s facility before dawn. You must strategize routes, create diversions, and use force only when necessary to avoid civilian casualties. - NG:
You are the final recipient of the truck and must prepare defenses while coordinating with the escort convoy. - Gangs (LI & others):
You’ve received intel that the shipment contains high-tech weaponry or resources that could turn the tide of power in Los Santos. You must intercept the convoy, destroy or hijack the truck, and escape without being fully neutralized. - EMS:
You must prepare for battlefield casualties and set up rapid medical aid posts along likely ambush points.
Objectives by Faction
LEOs – Convoy Escort
- Protect the truck across three checkpoints.
- Deploy decoy vehicles to confuse attackers.
- Respond to ambushes tactically without overusing force.
- Prevent leaks and traitors inside the convoy.
NG – Secure Delivery Point
- Prepare defense perimeter with barricades, drones, and checkpoints.
- Assist convoy with intel relays and air surveillance.
- Coordinate with Government to authorize emergency reinforcements.
Gangs – Ambush & Hijack
- Choose whether to ambush the convoy, sabotage roads, or plant explosives.
- Deploy snipers, EMP disruptors, or infiltration agents.
- Decide whether to destroy the truck or extract it intact for resale or leverage.
- Avoid leaving evidence that would lead to crackdown operations later.
FIB – Counter-Intelligence
- Monitor chatter and intercept communications.
- Identify possible leaks in the convoy or among civilians.
- Disrupt gang communications without blowing cover.
EMS – Casualty Response
- Deploy rapid response teams at known conflict hotspots.
- Provide life-saving interventions while staying out of crossfire zones.}
Event Rules
- Roads will be blocked by gang factions aiming to stop the convoy. LEOs must handle negotiations carefully before escalating into conflict.

The event begins at LSPD Headquarters, where law enforcement teams and allied organizations prepare the convoy and coordinate their strategy. From there, the convoy moves along a high-risk route on the city highway, which is vulnerable to gang ambushes and requires careful planning, escorts, and tactical coordination. The mission concludes at the NG Base, a heavily fortified facility where the truck must be safely delivered to complete the operation.
