2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be SAHP leader because i spent very long time in legal organizations and i am sure i know many things about legal organizations. Also before i was leader in The Families organization and after 3 failed term only my term was succesful. So i trust myself and if i get SAHP term i want to finish first term and then also ask for second term and finish it as well.
2.2 I will have a successful Deputy and High Command team. Because of this we will be active enough in the day and at night. We will always be ready for events such as fz raid, store robbery, or hostage situation. For this reason we will be often active in events. I will get our HR and SWAT team to train the team and make clear plans so we can attend events quickly.
2.3 I always had the goal to support and protect people and i think being the leader of SAHP will give me the chance to do that in the best way. My plan is to make SAHP strong, fair and very organized so community and other organizations will trust us. I understand what SAHP needs and with my effort and experience i can guide it to big success.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I want to make RP in SAHP better with my IA and HR teams. HR will take time to hire new people and make sure they speak English and can learn everything properly. IA will watch officers, make sure they do their job correctly and follow laws. If someone doesnt know English or rules, RP gets bad. But when rules followed, RP goes smoothly. I also dont like favoritism and i never got ranks easily, i worked hard for all. It is unfair if someone gets rank without deserving. If i see this, i will remove them and blacklist the HC that gave it.
