2.1 When i first flue into city i had many experiences with police officers once those experiences made mee to want to become cop
once i decided to cop i joined SAHP and experience was unique in SAHP now i work and my way up through ranks and i was also part of various departments now i wanna be leader of SAHP and lead SAHP to the best of my abilities
2.2 since i joined the city i have been part of multiple organization and work under various leaders who did an exceptional job as a leader.
i have learned a lot through those experiences and from those leaders if i get leadership i will run the organization as i was thought when i worked in various organizations Like FIB, SAHP, LSPD, GOV, NG . i will use the knowledge i gain through my experiences and
introduce some new ways that i think will improve the way SAHP Functions
