I was chasing this person down the highway and along with multiple demands the player still did not comply with the pullover demands, therefore I used my engine blocker to remotely shut down the players engine, as they got out of their vehicle to run away they pulled a gun and since I already had a tazer out and they didn't shoot me yet I tazed the player, as I was about to place them in cuffs they left the game to avoid being arrested.
