2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


2.1 Passion for Law Enforcement Roleplay:
I want to become the leader of SAHP because I'm committed to promoting law, justice and maintaining Highway order of San Andreas within the city. I believe the Sheriff department plays an important role to maintain the law and creating real law enforcement scenarios, and I want to ensure that RP situation stays engage, fair, and immersive for everyone involving in the particular situation.​


2.2 Experience and Responsibility:
I've been part of this server from last 3 years, been part of various legal organization, working hard and achieving high command rank in every organization. During all this time which I spend with my friends in all the organization, I've learn and understand how to manage people, how to solve others problems, assign tasks to my Higher authorities, and handle pressure during tense situations. It also help me a lot to develop my leadership qualities and decision-making skills. With all this experience, I'm sure that I can lead and guide the organization and team effectively. I will make sure that every troopers of mine use their radio with proper codes and make sure that every trooper understand their respective roles during both routine and emergency situations with the help of proper training.

2.3 Maintaining Professionalism and Active Team:
My goal is to maintain and strengthen all the departments (IA, SWAT, HR, PR and HWP) by promoting discipline, teamwork, maintain mutual respect among themselves and consistent activity. I want to create an environment where officers are motivated, well-prepared, and always ready to respond to the situations and with professionalism. On the same time, I will maintain transparency and integrity, standing against corruption or anyone who abuse their power unnecessarily. If anyone does, I'll make sure to take active as soon as possible. A department should be trusted and respected by the community and other organizations to create a better roleplay experience for every troopers.​


3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.


3.1 Assign Skilled and Trusted Deputies:
A strong leadership helps to maintain discipline and smooth operation in the organization. Deputies should be chosen based on their experience, skills, maturity level, understand and able to guide others. With clear responsibilities like taking charge and lead all the events and situations, looking after Highway patrolling, Insurance should not be empty, and conflict resolution. A deputy should ensure and focused on creating high-quality RP situations.​


3.2 Encourage Active Patrols and Emergency responses:
The department (especially Highway patrol and SWAT) should be active and ready to respond. Regular Highway Patrols, Checkpoints, emergency calls and Public Interaction helps to make RP more dynamic and realistic. By staying active we can create more job opportunities for new players, and to control and overcome the crimes and Gang activities over Highways.​
