Emma Love was born and raised in a busy port city a place where the sea always seemed to call for adventure. Her father was a sailor who often left on long journeys, and her mother was an herbalist, known for her gentle care and kind heart. Emma’s childhood was filled with the smells of saltwater and fresh herbs, and she loved listening to the sailors’ stories about faraway lands and exciting adventures. But when Emma was just nine years old, a fierce storm took her father away at sea, leaving her and her mother alone to face the world.Life was hard after that, but Emma’s mother worked tirelessly to care for her. Emma spent her days running errands in the crowded market and helping her mother gather herbs. When her mother fell sick and passed away a few years later, Emma was left to fend for herself. With no family left, she relied on the kindness of neighbors and strangers to get by. It was during this difficult time that she met a retired adventurer who took her under her wing. This woman taught Emma how to defend herself, be brave, and trust others even when it was hard to do so. As Emma grew older, she left her hometown and traveled from town to town, taking any honest job she could find delivering messages, guarding travelers, even helping with odd tasks. Each place she visited taught her something new and although the road was often tough and filled with danger, she never lost her curious spirit or her kind heart. Now, Emma continues her journey, still searching for a place to truly call home while helping those she meets along the way. And now she is living her live peacefuly.
