2. Why u want to become the leader of specific organisation? explain with 3 reasons
I have been in state organisation for a while, which include Government to LSPD to NG and SAHP. Throughout this process, I am now a year into law enforcement. I have also frequently been SWAT COS IN LSPD whenever leaders above me were not available which in turn sharpened my management and leading skills.
My reason for wanting to be the SAHP Leader: I want to lead San Andreas Highway Patrol because i care about keeping our roads, highways safe and crime rate low. My objective will be to have consistent patrolling which stops illegal activities, helps citizens with license plate and insurance needs, ensures at least one trooper always in the lobby. I would also like to see people support events to the highest level possible and for SAHP to stay as one of the most active and recognized organizations in state.
I think leadership should be based on fairness and growth. I will make sure that promotions and advancement are based on performance not favoritism. I want SAHP to be a family where all troopers are appreciated, inspired and on the same page with one mission, serving others and keeping our highways safe.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. Always help newcomers and encourage them to join san andreas highway patrol to gain them experience as a leo while working for our state.
2. Always cover 24/7 lobby for citizen problems and their need.
3. Human resource and training department take interview and give rank according to the exp to avoid favouritism.
4. Do at least 1 or more event every day in city to get good public relation and give them can opportunity to earn money.
5. Reduce all the crime hws and cities by doing patrolling and check points which realistic and improve roleplay in the organisation.
6. There will be a proper department with cos to avoid problem inside the org and run better.
7. Make good relation with other organisation by supporting them provide them backup assist in their very small and big mission.
8. Doing leader meeting with others leader to work on our weak point and improve it.
9. Will assure there will be a proper communication in department if someone did wrong action will taken.
