2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Provide three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - I want to be the leader of Families because I have a lot of experience in both Crime and State, and I consider myself responsible for everything that can happen and will happen.
2.2 -we aim to become the most active and powerful gang so that legal organizations start to feel less dominant in the city. As a leader, my group and I want to be the kind of gang that sends chills down their spine when they see us walking around town.
2.3 - I have my own principles and take these matters very seriously. I really enjoy organizing actions and being in charge of something.
2.4 - we want to offer high-quality roleplay, which some organizations currently fail to do.
2.5 - They don’t follow the rules, but our gang will have clear and specific guidelines.
2.6 - If a member doesn’t respect them, they’ll receive a warning
after three warnings, they’ll be sanctioned with a kick from the organization.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
- My advice for better RP in the organization starts with maintaining criteria:
- Minimum age of 14 OOC
- Minimum age of 5 IC
- Good knowledge of server rules
- No toxicity
- Seriousness
- The next advice for better RP in the organization is that I would be the only one conducting entry interviews for the gang, and I would select some deputies (not all) who would handle interviews when I am not available.
- Furthermore, when it comes to turf control, I would select reliable friends or their acquaintances. Even if they are not the best in combat, I choose them based on trust so that they wouldn’t intentionally set me up by failing to send POVs from turf battles or deliberately breaking turf rules, which could result in me getting a warning or disbandment.
- Organize regular events and missions for gang members.
Examples include robberies, hostage situations, car thefts, convoys, attacks on armored convoys (legal organizations), and turf wars against rival groups. These activities help strengthen bonds within the gang and create rich opportunities for immersive roleplay.
- Encourage members to play their roles consistently and realistically.
This means engaging with other members, interacting with other players, and holding regular meetings to maintain order within the gang.
This includes personal and shared histories for each member and the gang itself, clear goals, values, and rules for everyone involved.
