/> By becoming the leader of ballas, I want to prove my leadership skills and lead the gang to a level that other gangs fear us

/>I have been an Under Deputy in Gangs for 6 different terms, deputy on recent families term and decided to gear up and apply to have a chance of being the leader of ballas.

/>If I get a chance to become the leader of this organisation, I would ensure that there is no discrimination against anyone. I will hire the best of the best deputies to handle the gang and will devote all my time. I will ensure that no one abuses their powers and rights against others so that there is no fighting.

/> My advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization by ensuring that my deputies and I be available 24/7, and will handle situations maturely and then, I will ensure that under my leadership, my deputies and I keep the gang active 24/7 and do events the whole time.

/> I will ensure that everyone get bonuses and that it should be reasonable.
